Title: Pair baking
Rating: G
Characters: Johnny Weir/Jeffrey Buttle
Summary: The boys bake a cake. Pure fluff.
“Baking,” Jeff was explaining, “is a science. You take all the ingredients and follow the proper procedure, and you end up with a perfect product.”
“Baking,” Johnny shot back, “is an art. It takes intuition and creativity and the end result should make a statement.”
“Then I suppose you were trying to make the statement ‘I suck’?” Jeffrey snorted. He looked at Johnny’s cake, or at least that was what it resembled – slightly. It was lopsided and lumpy and strangely discolored, with a crispy bottom and a soggy top. His own cake was perfectly square and perfectly baked next to Johnny’s.
“At least I’m not boring!” Johnny retorted. “And maybe you should taste it before making judgments, because I guarantee mine will taste better.”
“You couldn’t pay me to—“ Before Jeff could finish his sentence, Johnny had shoved a doughy piece into his open mouth. His first reaction was to spit it out, except…except it was fantastic. Jeff’s eyes widened in wonder; his own cake had been somewhat dry and rather bland, Johnny’s cake was soft and melting with a rich flavor and was that a hint of orange?
Johnny’s smile was smug. “I couldn’t pay you to what?”
“Presentation still counts,” he answered, evading the question. “Even with full technical marks, you wouldn’t medal with this.”
“So we should bake in pairs,” Johnny laughed, reaching out and smearing flour all over Jeff’s face as he brought them together for a kiss. There was sugar and nutmeg on Johnny’s lips and Jeff wasted no time in licking it all off.
“And wear matching aprons?” Jeffrey murmured between breaths.
“Of course,” Johnny replied and pulled out the frosting.

Title: Shopping
Rating: G
Characters: Johnny/Jeff
Summary: Exactly what the title says. Even more fluff.
Jeffrey hates shopping. When he needs new clothes he tells his mother, or his friends, or sometimes even his coach, and a week later he’ll get a bag of clothing dumped at his feet. He keeps whatever fits and returns the rest, and then he goes on with his life. Unfortunately, this all changed when he met Johnny.
Johnny loves shopping. He finds browsing through shops soothing and thinks finding a good sale is one of the best highs in life. Even more than shopping for himself, Johnny enjoys shopping for others, so frequently he drags Jeff to the mall.
And even though Jeff hates trying on clothes and carrying all the bags and waiting while Johnny decides between something maroon over something grey, he never complains. Because when they are sitting in the food court with their lattes and Johnny pulls out a scarf that he says goes so well with Jeff’s eyes, Jeff knows he’s really saying ‘I love you.’ So he lets Johnny drag him from store to store because it’s his way of saying ‘I love you too.’
